I always struggled with my sleeping habits. There was a time when I was going to bed after midnight to wake up at 4 am to go to class. It was impossible to feel good like that, I was always in a bad mood and not doing what I needed to do during the day, having lots of coffee, etc. But no one knew that I just couldn't sleep, That's what made me think about sharing, maybe some of you are dealing with the same thing. I tried lots of different options, but these are the ones that worked for ME:
- NO DEVICES IN THE ROOM 1 HOUR BEFORE BED.
Yes, its very hard to do this, we want to check Instagram, talk to friends, read emails, but if you want this to work, my first advice is to leave your phone/iPad/laptop OUT of the room.
- Tea before bed:
If you live in a place that doesn't have those brands that I recommend here, don't worry, just get any chamomile tea or just the herbs, they will do the same trick, they just reduce stress, anxiety and make you fall asleep and STAY SLEEP that it's the most important part.
Drink it 20 mins before bed, I promise, this WORKS.
This is another thing that I found helpful. Before I go to bed, I use my oils with a diffuser, if I take a bath little drops in my tub, or just rub them on my arm and the back of my neck. I bought this oils for curiosity, but definitively help a lot if you are like me and always try to find “natural” solutions.
Another option is to get an oil mist and spray your pillow before bed.
This is the way to go if you are not patient to wait until the tea or the oils help you pass out. I use the gummies because I don’t like pills, but you can do whatever works. The two options have the same quantity of the vitamin B2 that helps you fall asleep and stay sleep all night.
